What you’ll read

In this post you will learn all about the events before The Life of a Showgirl’s announcement, about the New Heights debut for her TLOAS announcement, a look at the tracks, and a bit about the future.

We all have been dying for a new album from Tylor Swift since her cliffhanger at the end of the Eras book. “See you next era…” has really got us excited for her next era. Some think it’s a new era from scratch or the Taylor’s Version of Reputation. We’re here to show all the information.

new heights

We first heard about this on New Heights. Taylor was on a special episode and she then announced the new album. Taylor’s debut made everyone so excited with the announcement of the announcement (tongue twister) and the actual cover reveal!

Taylor and her team have been clever with all the easter eggs from outfits to what she speaks.

the letter

Taylor put a letter on her website in May. Here is the letter that will might suprise you: Open

That’s right. Taylor’s has re-recorded less than a quarter of Reputation and has re-recorded all of her debut album: Taylor Swift. And she mentioned that Reputation was specific for that time in her life.

We know this because after getting her music and her life’s work back from Shamrock Holdings, she was finally ready. Reputation was about her life in 2019 which boosted her songs to that “bad sassy pop” vibe that came out of her poetic lyrics.

future releases

Now that we have The Life of a Showgirl, some people are thinking about TS13. We all know 13 is the “Cruel Summer” singer’s lucky number with many reasons including her birthday on the 13th of December, turning 13 on Friday the 13th, always being sat in the 13th row at award shows, and her first #1 song having a 13-second intro. So what about her 13th album? From the letter on her website, we know she has recorded all of her debut album: Taylor Swift. So we might have another era from scratch, more Rep TV vaults, or Taylor Swift (Taylors Version/20-year anniversary). By the way, Taylor’s debut album was released in 2006, meaning that her 20 year anniversary is coming up! (post written on Aug 25 2025)
